About Pony

Pony's Story Meet Pony — a truly special boy with a gentle soul. Pony was rescued from a high-kill shelter after being found abandoned in an RV with three other dogs. Thanks to a local rescue, he was saved from euthanasia and is now thriving in a loving foster home in Claremont, CA. Pony is a handsome, sensitive pup who can be shy at first, but once he feels safe, his sweet and affectionate personality shines through. He’s learning that the world can be kind again and gains confidence every day. Pony loves playing with his ball, splashing around with the water hose, and spending quality time with his person. He forms strong bonds and is happiest hanging out with his human. This smart boy is house-trained, crate-trained, knows basic commands, and is continuing to improve his leash skills. He’s dog-friendly, though he prefers a calm environment where he can focus on his special person. An ideal adopter would be someone who works from home or is retired, has an active lifestyle, and can give Pony the time, patience, and love he deserves.
