Jackson is a mighty-mini all-black male adult house panther, around 10 years old. He's friendly, enjoys being petted, loves treats and can be rather vocal. Not real active, he'd just like a tranquil home and a warm bed. (Would probably be best as an only cat, as other animals make him want to mark his territory.) 2026 - Abandoned by his previous adopter, He'd been outdoors for long enough to lose significant weight, and have some health concerns. Someone took pity on him and took him in to Animal Friends Butler County animal shelter summer 2026. Thank goodness for micro-chips - they contacted us about him & we immediately went to get him. His health concerns were addressed, and he's gained back weight. 2023 - We first got him in 2023; he'd been living with an outdoor colony, being fed by the colony caretaker. When she saw that he had a pretty severe leg injury (maybe from a fight with another cat?), she brought him indoors for medical assistance and found how friendly he was. He got antibiotics & healed up; then was taken in for a spay (they originally thought he was a she!) found that he was indeed a HE; and that he had already been neutered sometime in the past! We were asked to help find him a good home. Adoption fee (60.00) includes Spay or Neuter, vaccinations, combo-tested - negative for FeLV & FIV, and micro-chipped.
