"Courtesy Post" This is not a Street Paws animal but we are assisting a family with placing their pet. Adoptions are limited to an approximately 150 mile radius from Locust Grove, GA, certain circumstances may allow exceptions. Hi there—Deebo here! It's a pleasure to meet you! I'm a bold, adventurous 2-year-old cat who definitely lives up to my name. If I see something I want… I'm going for it—pet gates, obstacles, nothing stands in my way. Mission: explore everything. I'm a curious guy, fair warning… you'll have to keep a close eye on me—I will make a break for it if I get the chance! Around the house, I'm a zoomie champion—racing laps with my brother until I run out of steam. Then it's time to recharge… preferably in a sunny spot. I'm friendly with most adults and will happily hop in your lap for cuddles and neck scratches once I get to know you. Just don't expect me to be carried around too long—I've got places to be. I'm more of a "love you and leave you" kind of guy… unless you're my person. Then you'll see my softer side. Kids? I'll politely pass. Other cats? Oh, I'm very interested. If I spot one through the window, I'm basically yelling, "Hey! Wanna be friends?!" I love to leap, climb, chase, and play—so if you've got toys, we're already off to a great start. Think you can keep up with me? I can't wait to find out. Adoption fee is $125 To apply to adopt this pet, please fill out a Preliminary Adoption Application at https://www.streetpaws.org/home/adopt. This application does not commit you to an adoption. It is used to screen those interested to make sure the home is a good match for the pet and your family. We verify vet history on current/previous pets to ensure pets have been spayed/neutered and vaccinated annually. Please call your vet to give permission for us to call them. If more information is needed regarding the pet email info@streetpaws.org. You must complete the pre-application to obtain approval to meet the pet.
