NOT YET TAKING APPLICATIONS – NOT YET AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION NEW INTAKE 9/6/2026: Roxxy - female - 15 years old - 7.14 pounds - Maltese/ Pomeranian mix Reason for intake: Roxxy is an owner-surrender. The owner has scoliosis and struggling getting around. Now that Roxxy is a senior, she tends to walk between the owner's legs and she's worried about falling. Roxxy is already spayed, but needs a dental desperately if the vet thinks she's healthy enough to get one. She also has patches of missing hair which could be a thyroid issue. We'll have the vet check that out as well. She's heading to our vet the week of 9/7/2026. Stay tuned. NOT TAKING APPLICATIONS: Many dogs, particularly breeder, hoarder or senior dogs, can have multiple medical issues that need addressed. Additionally, sometimes we take in young puppies requiring multiple vaccinations and/or quarantining. In this particular case, we are not yet taking applications either due to age or possible illness or some other reason. We will post when s(he) is ready for adoption. In the interest of fairness, EARLY application submissions will NOT be considered. Please note… we cannot respond to messages/emails, etc., on dogs that are NOT yet available for adoption.
