Javier and his two sisters were born safely in our rescue after their mom, Chica, came into our care. Chica is a 15-pound Chihuahua mix, but since dad is unknown, we can't predict exactly how big Javier will be when he's fully grown. Javier is a sweet, affectionate little boy who is beginning to explore the world around him. Like all puppies, he will need a family committed to helping him learn all the important puppy basics, including house training, socialization, and basic manners.
