Meet Koda! Born around June 19, 2025, and weighing a perfect 25–30 pounds, this handsome boy came into our care after his previous family faced unexpected financial difficulties. Koda is an absolute social butterfly—he loves other dogs and is great with cats! While he hasn't spent much time around kids yet, his gentle nature makes us think he'd do wonderfully with respectful children. He's also a fantastic travel buddy who rides beautifully in the car and is doing well on his leash training. Did we mention how smart he is? Koda already knows "sit" and "down," and he loves a good game of fetch. But once playtime is over, he instantly transitions into the ultimate cuddle bug. He'd love nothing more than to snuggle up next to you while you read a book or cheer on the Bills. And let's be honest—have you seen that face? He is absolutely ADORABLE, and that little white tip on his tail is just the icing on the cake. This sweet, fun-loving boy is ready to find his forever family. Could it be yours? The Adoption Fee for this dog is $500.00 Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a "complete" pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY. Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility.
